RFS Congratulates Interos on Unicorn Status

Rose Financial Solutions (RFS) congratulates Interos, a Northern Virginia risk management and operational resilience technology startup company that recently obtained unicorn status after receiving Series C financing of $100 million. The new funding brings Interos’ valuation to over $1 billion.

The rapidly growing company is led by CEO Jennifer Bisceglie, making Interos one of few female-led unicorn companies. “We are excited to have worked closely with Jennifer and Interos to help them grow the business and position themselves for long-term success,” says Ted Rose, President and CEO of Rose Financial Solutions. “The company’s mission to close the supply chain risk gap has never been more important than it is today and I am so proud of our team’s contribution to that end.”

The 8-year partnership between RFS and Interos allowed the company’s talented management team to focus on operational excellence and growth while RFS and its dedicated team took care of the financial, accounting, and tax responsibilities. Additionally, RFS was instrumental in helping Interos obtain initial investment funding from Kleiner Perkins, a venture capital firm which specializes in investing in incubation, early stage, and growth companies.

“Rose Financial Solutions has been a powerful and invaluable strategic partner for us leading up to the Series A financing round,” says Jennifer Bisceglie, CEO of Interos. “They so clearly understood our business, aspirations for the future and supported our move from services to a technology company. In fact, we share the same values and passion for helping businesses operate and grow more effectively.”
