ROSE was founded in 1994 and coined the term "Accounting Outsourcing" in the Washington Business Journal in 1995. In 2005 ROSE pioneered the use of electronic workflow to streamline accounting processes. That original system, RFSWorkflow has evolved into Easby, a comprehensive system of engagement that manages all of the activities necessary to run an enterprise grade finance, accounting and tax back office. We've evolved into the leader in the Finance as a Service (FaaS) Industry. RFS Gives Back

We also want to support our employees with the charities that you are passionate about. All employees are welcome and encouraged to submit our “Charity Support” and “Donation Matching” forms. The RFS Gives Back Foundation supported many charities that our employees requested including; National Multiple Sclerosis Society – supported an employee to participate in a mud run for the National MS Society. Ektara – Supported an employee to help educate and share their culture. First Tee – supported a fundraiser to help youth through golf. Meals for the Homeless is the event that provided the inspiration for the RFS Gives Back Foundation. We started assembling 150 meals in 2008. This annual company-wide tradition has continued and this year ROSE employees raised the funds and worked together to assemble over 10,000 meals to feed individuals in need – what a great accomplishment! Thank you for supporting the RFS Gives Back Foundation and assisting to reach our mission of continually giving back to our community!

Giving back is something Rose Financial Solutions (RFS) is very passionate about. ROSE founded the RFS Gives Back Foundation to increase the level of charitable and educational activities within our community. THANK YOU to everyone who has participated or donated to the RFS Gives Back Foundation! On a daily basis, we help our clients meet their financial goals and succeed with their missions. The RFS Gives Back Foundation also supports the charities associated with clients. We have contributed in various ways to support Mercy Health Clinic, Hearts and Homes, and Nourish Now. We value the importance of education; to support local education we have awarded scholarships to deserving accounting students at UMUC annually.
