William Astore is the President and Co-Founder of Gateway Geospatial Group (G3), a Veteran-Owned Small Business delivering advanced geospatial intelligence, data engineering, and enterprise technology solutions to national security customers.

A U.S. Air Force veteran with nearly 30 years of experience across the Intelligence Community, Mr. Astore has built his career at the intersection of mission operations, technology, and disciplined business growth.

He is also the founder of Skyris LLC, which he built and scaled into a successful government contracting firm prior to its acquisition by ECS Federal in 2020. Throughout that growth, he partnered with Rose Financial Solutions to establish the financial infrastructure and operational discipline required to support expansion and position the company for a successful exit.


At G3, Mr. Astore leads corporate strategy, growth, and execution, with a focus on building a durable, high-performing organization that balances mission delivery with strong financial management. His leadership emphasizes scalability, accountability, and long-term value creation in highly regulated environments.
