Before joining ROSE in January 2023, Sudha built her career across the media, entertainment, technology, public accounting, and consulting industries. As Director of Analytics and Reporting at Gannett Co. Inc., she designed key performance indicators that helped guide a $1B+ B2B organization through a pivotal transition from print to digital media. At BET Networks, a Viacom company, she led revenue analytics for $350M in annual network revenues as Manager of Revenue Accounting. These roles sharpened her ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and serve as a trusted advisor to organizations at critical inflection points.

Sudha holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Virginia.
