Samantha Wood has over 5 years of customer support experience. She has years of direct experience supporting in a multitude of capacities including QA, fulfillment, sales, management, administration, tax, and customer support. 

Samantha joined ROSE in 2024 as an Office Administrator and grew into a Tax Coordinator. In 2025 she was promoted into the Customer Success Representative role. Prior to joining ROSE, she was both a Sales Assistant and Production Manager.
