Mohammed Shadir is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Accounting. He brings over 13 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with a strong background in client-focused financial services across various industries. His areas of expertise include financial oversight, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, as well as audit and compliance support.

Mohammed joined ROSE in 2020 as an Accounting Associate and was promoted to Assistant Controller in 2024. In his current role, he plays a key role in delivering high-level financial services and ensuring client success through accurate financial management and strategic insights.
