Michael Moulton has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, fractional CFO leadership, and financial and tax strategy for closely held and growth-stage businesses. He has expertise in cash flow management, budgeting, tax planning, and building financial infrastructure for clients across construction, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and professional services. As Strategic CFO, Michael serves as a trusted advisor to ROSE's clients, building scalable financial systems and driving data-informed decision-making.

Prior to joining ROSE, he was a Finance and Tax Consultant and Fractional CFO at CFO Defined, LLC, and served as Chief Data Officer at Cornerstone One, LLC, leading enterprise data strategy and ERP-aligned reporting. He spent more than 15 years at Dwayne Johnson and Associates, S.C., progressing from Senior Accountant to Partner and Operations Manager.



Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a Certified Public Accountant.
