John Connolly, PMP, PMI-PMOCP is an accomplished project management consultant and educator with over 15 years of experience helping organizations and professionals deliver successful projects with confidence and clarity.



As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PMO Certified Practitioner (PMI-PMOCP) and PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP) Instructor, John has trained and mentored hundreds of professionals, many of whom have gone on to earn certifications and take on key leadership roles in their organizations.

John has led large-scale initiatives across sectors, helping teams implement project frameworks, streamline operations, and recover struggling projects. He has advised leadership teams on how to improve cross-functional collaboration, align stakeholders, and strengthen decision-making under pressure. In prior engagements, his work has contributed to measurable improvements in delivery timelines, resource coordination, and project outcomes. With a strong commitment to service and self-determination, John sees project management as a people-centered discipline.

He is a candidate for a PhD in Organizational Leadership at Shenandoah University. He resides in Virginia with his wife and four children.
