Donald Michael is an accounting professional with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. He has over 10 years of experience at ROSE supporting numerous functions throughout his tenure. 

Donald joined ROSE in 2015 as an Accounting Associate II and worked his way up through the ranks to Assistant Manager, Payroll & HRIS, then to Manager, Payroll & HRIS in 2021. 

Donald graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and earned an Associate of Arts in Business Administration with honors from Frederick Community College. He has foundational training in computerized accounting with QuickBooks, financial principles, and management theory, and has immense ROSE knowledge supporting clients for over 10 years.
