Christopher Royster has more than 20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial systems, and enterprise transformation across global, billion-dollar organizations. He has expertise in modernizing finance functions through advanced analytics, AI, and platforms such as Anaplan and Power BI, and a track record of leading large-scale system implementations, M&A integrations, and cross-functional teams that resulted in significant value-add. As Senior Director, Financial Systems, Christopher leads ROSE's systems and data function, building the architecture, standards, and automation behind the firm's finance, accounting, and tax operations.

Prior to joining ROSE, he spent nearly a decade at Cinemark as a Finance Business Partner supporting Marketing, Film, and IT, and previously held finance leadership roles at DXC Technology, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Hewlett Packard, and Electronic Data Systems, where he led major system separations, financial transformations, and global team-building efforts.

Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and Business Management from Murray State University.
