Amer Mustafa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with over 6 years of Project Controls experience. He has years of direct experience supporting project controls in a multitude of industries. Amer’s expertise includes project cost maintenance, tracking expenditures, invoicing, forecasting, and overall project maintenance. 

Amer joined ROSE in 2023 as a Project Controls Analyst and became Manager, Project Controls & Billing in 2025. Prior to joining ROSE, he was a Project Controls Specialist and Coordinator. 

Amer graduated from Saint Mary’s University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting. He is proficient in a variety of accounting systems including Costpoint, Unanet, PROCAS, Oracle, and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
