Alyssa Tucker has over 4 years of HR experience focusing heavily on the Talent Acquisition and Generalist space. Alyssa’s expertise includes Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compliance and Policy Writing, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, and Employee Experience. 

Alyssa joined ROSE in 2023 and became a Senior HR Specialist in 2024. Prior to joining ROSE, she was a Corporate Recruiter for two of the Allegis Group subsidiaries, where she supported 4 corporate offices between the United States and Canada. 

Alyssa graduated from University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a Bachelor’s of Art degree in Psychology.
