Aaron Rose is Product and Transformation Manager at ROSE, which he joined in November 2024. Prior to ROSE, he served as Senior Business Analyst at Capital One, where he designed and implemented a data‑driven sales campaign that generated $233 million in incremental credit‑card purchase volume in a single quarter for two sales teams comprising over 100 sellers nationwide. He began his career at Vitech Systems Group in August 2020, supporting enterprise‑grade financial institutions on technology implementation and optimization projects. 

Aaron holds a B.S. in Finance and Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University’s Integrated Business & Engineering Honors Program.
