Michael DiBartolomeo is a Controller with over 9 years of accounting and financial management experience. He has 7 years of direct experience in the financial services industry. Michael’s expertise includes financial reporting, audit support, payroll and commission processing, regulatory compliance, financial analysis, and team leadership. 

Michael joined ROSE in 2024 as an Assistant Controller and became a Controller in 2025. Prior to joining ROSE, he was the Vice President of Accounting, where he led the accounting and finance functions for over 2 years. 

Michael graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Master of Science in Accounting and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Accounting from Indian River State College. He is experienced with advanced accounting systems including QuickBooks, Excel, and Xtiva, and has hands-on experience with tax preparation software including UltraTax and CCH ProSystem fx.
