Kofi Opoku is a Certified Lean Practitioner with a Master of Business Administration and over 13 years of experience in operational excellence, analytics, and human resource service delivery. He has 9 years of expertise in the human capital solutions space, nearly 3 years in the supply chain and distribution industry, and more than a year in the financial solutions sector. Kofi’s core competencies include business process improvement, data analytics, leadership development, operational efficiency, and customer service. 



Kofi joined ROSE in May 2024 as an Assistant Procure-to-Pay Manager. After just six months, he was promoted to Manager of Operations, a role in which he currently serves. Prior to joining ROSE, he worked at Sysco Foods Headquarters as a Senior Analyst for Business Process Improvement, where he collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance operational and business processes within the Shared Business Services division. Before that, Kofi spent nearly nine years at Aerotek’s headquarters, where his contributions spanned across Process, People, and Technology. 

Kofi earned his Master of Business Administration from Northwood University, with a concentration in Management and Leadership. He also holds a dual bachelor’s degree in international business and management, with a minor in Economics, from Northwood University.
