Michelle Ruble has over 15 years of business operations and finance experience, with strong expertise in the government contracting industry. Michelle’s expertise includes financial analysis, process improvement, compliance, strategic planning, program management and Deltek CostPoint implementation and integrations.  

Michelle joined ROSE in 2025 as the Director of Financial Operations. Prior to joining ROSE, she was the Director of Business Operations at Colleague Consulting for 2 years, and Director of Business Operations at Eagle Harbor, LLC for 6 years prior to that. In those roles she managed all business support operations including Contracts, HR, IT and FP&A. 



Michelle graduated from American Public University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a minor in Business Analysis. She is also an associate member of the Dale City Volunteer Fire Department (DCVFD), and the Treasurer for the DCFVD Auxiliary 501(c)(3).
