Team Lead, Client Growth Consultant

As Client Growth Consultant, Frank leads ROSE’s business development team and is responsible for managing the sales process and building the funnel for future customer acquisition. As part of the sales process, he performs an assessment of a company’s needs and goals and then configures recommended solutions to meet those objectives. Additionally, Frank provides current clients with guidance on solution upgrades that will contribute to their long-lasting success.


Prior to joining ROSE, Franks was a Client Services Manager at Raymond James Financial, Inc. where he specialized in B2B retirement planning and financial services for local companies. Frank earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland College Park.
