GOVCON CONTROLLER
What RFS is looking for: A high energy, career minded professional who loves accounting, is very well-versed in Deltek GCS Premier and/or Costpoint, and is looking for the variety of public accounting work with a schedule that is consistent with private industry. The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, management, negotiation and technical competencies. The ideal candidate is looking to transition to a firm that offers a long-term career opportunity.

QUALIFICATIONS

Accounting Degree from a U.S. institution

CPA license preferred•Minimum 10 years accounting experience, including 5 years of experience with Deltek GCS

government contract types (i.e. cost plus, T&M, FFP, etc.), cost proposal preparation,
estimating procedures, purchasing system requirements and CAS disclosure statements
•Demonstrated success managing a group
